RS Vacuum Emulsifying Homogenizer

Mixing Under Vacuum for Void-Free, Stable Emulsions — 50L to 1000L working capacity, SS316L, 5 micron final particle size.

Why RS Series

The RS series is our most popular vacuum emulsifying line. Each machine combines a low-speed anchor agitator with wall scraper and a high-speed bottom-entry homogenizer, all under vacuum. The result is a void-free, de-aerated, stable emulsion that doesn't separate, oxidize, or change color over time.

Built for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food sauces and high-end chemical formulations where product quality depends on consistent emulsification.

  • 5 micron final particle size — sharp rotor-stator geometry verified in factory acceptance test
  • SS316L mirror-polished contact parts (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) — meets cosmetic and pharma hygiene standards
  • Full vacuum up to -0.098 MPa — eliminates air bubbles and protects heat-sensitive ingredients
  • Heating / cooling jacket on the vessel — direct steam, hot water, or electric heating
  • Hydraulic tilt discharge on most models — fast product recovery, easy cleaning

HOW IT WORKS

The Vacuum Emulsifying Process

1. Load and seal

Add water phase to main vessel, oil phase to the pre-mix pot. Close the lid, engage vacuum pump. Vacuum pulls the system to -0.098 MPa, removing air.

2. Heat and pre-mix

Steam or electric heating brings the batch to your process temperature (typically 70-80°C). The anchor agitator with PTFE scrapers slowly mixes the two phases while scraping the vessel wall — no product wasted, no hot spots.

3. Emulsify under vacuum

The bottom-entry homogenizer runs at 3000 rpm. Liquid is drawn up through the stator and forced through the narrow gap between rotor and stator at high velocity. Droplets break down to 5 microns. Vacuum prevents air re-entering.

4. Cool and discharge

Cool the batch through the jacket. Add heat-sensitive ingredients (fragrance, active ingredients) at low temperature. Discharge via hydraulic tilt or bottom valve.

FAQ

Common Questions

What motor brand do you use?
Standard configuration uses Atlee (Taiwan) for the agitator and Beide (Germany) for the homogenizer. Siemens, ABB, and other brands are available on request with a price adjustment.
What's the lead time?
RS-50 to RS-200: 25-30 working days. RS-300 to RS-500: 30-40 working days. RS-1000: 40-50 working days. Custom configurations may add 5-10 days. We send weekly progress videos during the build.
Do you offer installation and training?
Yes. For most export orders we provide on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. On-site service is quoted separately based on destination and duration. Alternatively, we provide detailed video guides and remote commissioning via WhatsApp/Zoom.
What's the warranty?
12 months from shipment for the main machine (excluding wearing parts like seals and gaskets). Lifetime technical support via WhatsApp and email. Spare parts stocked and shipped within 7 days of order.
Can you customize?
Yes. Common customizations include: explosion-proof motors (ATEX / IECEx), sanitary polish level (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm for pharma), special discharge valves, additional inlets/outlets, PLC+HMI control with recipe storage, integrated CIP. Send us your URS or process brief and we'll engineer a spec.
What payment terms?
Standard: 30% T/T deposit upon order, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight accepted for orders above USD 30,000. We can also accept 50/50 split for repeat customers.
How is the machine packed for export?
Standard export packing: stretch-wrapped + foam-protected + plywood crate (fumigation-free). Suitable for sea, air, and courier. All crates labeled with Ginhong logo, item code, weight and dimensions.
